2. Data and purposes

Technical browsing data

Systems used to deliver the website may process technical data normally transmitted during browsing, such as IP address, browser information, request date/time and requested resource, to deliver pages, maintain security and diagnose faults.

Contact requests

The website form does not submit data to an Engine of Creation database: it prepares an email in your own email application. If you write to us, we process the information in your message to respond and manage possible pre-contractual discussions or collaborations.

Google Analytics 4

Only after consent, the website loads Google Analytics 4, measurement ID G-MYH9GV28VT, to obtain usage statistics such as pages viewed, interaction, approximate source, device and browser. Google Signals and advertising-personalisation signals are disabled in the site configuration.

3. Legal bases

• Website operation and security: the controller’s legitimate interest in providing and protecting the service, where applicable.
• Enquiries and pre-contractual steps: steps taken at your request and, where applicable, legitimate interest in managing correspondence.
• Google Analytics 4: your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and applicable ePrivacy rules. Analytics remains off until you opt in.

4. Cookies and preferences

5. Recipients and providers

Data may be processed by technical providers required to operate the website and, if Analytics is accepted, by Google in connection with Google Analytics. See Google’s Privacy Policy for further information.

6. Transfers outside the EEA

• Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, if a contractual relationship arises, for applicable statutory periods.

• GA4 cookies are configured on this website with a maximum duration of 12 months, subject to stricter browser limits. Analytics account-level data-retention settings are managed separately in Google Analytics.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interest.
